Craft Indonesia is very diverse types. Each area of Indonesia has a kind of craft that reflects the characteristics of origin. Almost every province has a craft icon who was appointed as a superior product. One attempt to introduce their products each region often participated in various promotional activities at local, national and international.

As seen in this slide, metal craft, bamboo craft, stone craft, and crafts typical of custom homes palembang. In the slide show visible metal crafts originating from East Java Province, it is a musical instrument craft area called the gamelan. Usually, this instrument used to accompany shadow puppet performances, arts Ledek, reog,kethoprak, and others.

Then the bamboo crafts, almost all regions in Indonesia have a product derived from bamboo crafts. Bamboo is readily available and relatively cheap price. Bamboo handicraft products of very diverse kinds, such as souvenirs, household appliances, wall hangings, furniture, and others.
